2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is imposed by Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 82ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 82ph makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active 82ph account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. 82ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process, which may include submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID) and proof of address.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 82ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. 82ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a transaction is initiated in another currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
3.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 82ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as listed on the Platform from time to time. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
3.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. 82ph reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Standard processing times are indicative only and may be extended in exceptional circumstances.
3.5 Prohibited Transactions. You may not use the Platform to process transactions on behalf of third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 82ph will not process withdrawals to accounts other than those used for the original deposit, except where operationally necessary and subject to additional verification.
4.1 General. 82ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Abuse. 82ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a Promotion is being abused, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the Promotion.
4.4 Modification and Cancellation. 82ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to alter wagering requirements, eligible games, or any other condition of a Promotion.
5.1 Game Outcomes. All games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or licensed live dealer streams. Game outcomes are determined independently of 82ph's operational systems. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages are as stated in the individual game information panels.
5.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, 82ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the applicable stake amounts. 82ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected stake.
5.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 82ph, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
82ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 82ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 82ph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
